Worship lies at the heart of all we do at Central. Sunday worship is that time of the week during which we gather together to pray, sing, and share in communion.

We often end our Sunday services by saying, “Our worship is over…but our service has just begun.” We believe that true worship sends us out into the world to live lives full of faith, hope, and love. It is through worship that we are empowered to live out the words of the prophet who calls us to “do justice, love mercy, and walk kindly with our God.”

11:00 A.M. Worship
This is a traditional-style service that lasts about an hour, occasionally a little longer. Communion is served the first Sunday of each month, and our table is open to all.

The last Sunday of each month is "Invite a Friend to Church" day, with a potluck lunch following the service. There is plenty of food, coffee, juice, and fellowship for everyone. Please join us!

You can also read and listen to sermons by our two co-pastors and others.

9:00 A.M. Worship
We also hold a contemplative communion service at 9:00 A.M. which lasts about 45 minutes. Because this is usually a relatively small gathering, we are able to take the time to share our thoughts on the Bible passage of the day.

More information is available on the What to Expect page.
